  Birth: Nov. 13, 1855 Indiana, USA Death: Jul. 15, 1932 Barron Barron County Wisconsin, USA Angeline was born Dec. 13, 1855, in Indiana. She died July 15, 1932, in Barron, aged 77 years, 7 months and 2 days, and her remains were interred besides those of her husband in Lakeview Cemetery. On Nov. 14, 1875, Michael was united in marriage to Angeline Short, at Argos, Marshall Co., Indiana. Michael was born Apr. 10, 1846, Boone Co., Ind., son of Joseph Rhodes and Sariah Kite. He died Aug. 28, 1907, in Tippecanoe, Marshall Co., Ind. , aged 61 years, 4 months and 18 days. His remains were shipped to Chetek where he was buried in Lakeview Cemetery. His headstone there is inscribed "Michael Rhodes Co. E. 19 Ind. Inf." and "Angeline Rhodes 1856 --1932." Michael and Angie were t he parents of seven children, four boys and three girls, all born in Argos, Ind., of which the names of the following five are known: Nellie, b. 20 Aug 1876; Cora, b. 2 Mar 1878; Oilie, b. 3 Nov 1882; Walter, b. 10 Jul 1888; & Howard Rhodes, b . 17 Aug 1892.
