      1818 William and Ruth sold land to Henry Shriver
      1818 William and Ruth sold 149 acres to Jacob Ash
      1819 William and Ruth and Thomas Cambell of Jefferson County, deed was in nature of suit. Settlement of same.
      1821 William and Ruth conveyed to Eli Elliott in trust of 100 acres in Morgan County to pay debts
      1831 Deed between Michael Rooney of Berkley County and Ruth, widow of William, deceased and heirs
      1831 Eli Elliott died and Michael Rooney assigned trust to Ruth and her children; she taking her dower
